About Hop Feng Kitchen

New York Style, Cantonese Take-Out.

Located at 2504 Little Rock Rd C, Charlotte, NC 28214, Hop Feng Kitchen operates as a chinese restaurant serving Charlotte in North Carolina. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

In cities with a Chinatown, weekend mornings bring dim sum carts or order sheets, and lines form early at the most popular spots in Charlotte; walk-ins are standard and reservations are uncommon outside large banquet restaurants. Regional labels matter: Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, Shanghainese and Taiwanese kitchens cook very differently, so a restaurant's stated region is a better guide to the food than the word "Chinese" alone. Some smaller restaurants in North Carolina are BYOB with no corkage fee; call ahead to confirm. A tip of 15-20% is customary for table service but not expected at counter-order takeout. Spice level, MSG and allergen questions are normal to ask before ordering, and most kitchens are happy to leave an ingredient out or tone down the heat if you mention it when ordering rather than after the food arrives.

Hours are published for 6 days a week. Typical hours are 11 amโ€“10 pm. Note that it does not open on Monday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Hop Feng Kitchen at (704) 398-3130; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. More information is available on its website, hopfengkitchen.com.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.4 out of 5 from 848 reviews, which is a strong result for a chinese restaurant in Charlotte and suggests consistent service.

Charlotte is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Charlotte follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I have been eating here for over a year never had a issue food is to my satisfactory the orange chicken, the chicken wings, the rice theyโ€™re beef and broccoli even though itโ€™s not the brown brown gravy, but I like the taste of their food. It is about as close as Iโ€™m going to get to my hometown. Iโ€™ve eaten at other Chinese restaurants here in Charlotte and I just donโ€™t get the satisfying taste that I get here especially their chicken wings very crispy however, today I got the egg foo young chicken egg foo which I normally get. Iโ€™ve got a whole patty this time I did call and I explained to the manager that I have never got in whole chicken patty before just dumped an eggs and didnโ€™t have any onions in my a egg foo this time however, the person that made it I guess they just donโ€™t know how to make it, but I was very disappointed how the manager handled that situation just real horrible therefore I will not get the egg foo and anything else that I ordered from them I will check it before I leave and the reason why I say I wonโ€™t get the egg for yโ€™all because Iโ€™m pretty sure I canโ€™t tear up the their food just to see if thereโ€™s a chicken patty. Well, hereโ€™s a picture below of my chicken

People that say this food is not good, apparently do not know good food. They only use fresh ingredients, nothing from a can. They do not overseason their food like some places, to cover up bad cooking. They do not use MSG. I have eaten here for months, and I've never gotten anything bad. The portions are more than adequate. If you don't like fake food, do yourself a favor and eat here.

This place is my absolute favorite for Chinese food! ๐Ÿคฉ The quality and freshness of the ingredients are unmatched, and they always taste delicious. ๐Ÿคค I love that they also offer healthy options, which is a huge plus. ๐Ÿ‘ The prices are very reasonable for the quality they offer. I definitely recommend it for a delicious and satisfying meal! ๐Ÿ’ฏ

This is like my 3rd time eating here. They never miss ๐Ÿ˜› real tasty, real good. I ordered shrimp lo mein, wings extra crispy, egg roll & crab Rangoon. Everything was fresh. Need my crab rangoon fresh out the grease next time though.

The shrimp egg foo was good. But but .. the gravy is a no and I asked for fried rice. No no. Chicken wings had to be put in the air fryer with some seasoning.
